There is a total of 43 trophies that can be unlocked in Stellar Blade, with several tied to story progression and defeating certain enemies. There are also collectibles to gather for a few of the trophies, and more importantly, three trophies tied to different endings for the game. This will usually require three playthroughs, but with proper planning and using the PS Cloud save system, you will be able to cut it down to two.
